"I've been a customer for years and I had recently decided to move. I had everything taken care of but the one thing that slipped my mind was switching my policies which really put my back against the wall considering everything had been set up to start in a few days. I called to get some help and fate smiled upon my by introducing Reyna to me. Reyna was very friendly and underatanding of my situation and told me that I don't need to worry and that she would take care of everything, which she absolutely did! She basically took over and dealt with the leasing office and got everything handled in record time while keeping me informed of everything she was doing. Not only did she knock that out of the park she reviewed my policy and helped me save a nice chunk of change on my monthly bill, which these days can really go a long way. If it wasn't for Reyna things would have taken a nasty turn and really complicated my move. I know in the future if I need any help or have questions Reyna will be the person that I will reach out to. She embodies the ideals of true customer service and I recommend anyone in the market for a change speak with becauae she knows her stuff and gets it done."
